Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal for a quick and secure checkout.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tailsandtreats.co.uk. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status using our order lookup page with your order number and email address.
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.99, but it's FREE on all orders over £40. We also offer Express delivery (£6.99) for 1-2 working days, and Next Day delivery (£8.99) when ordered before 2pm.
Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Express and Next Day options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Yes, we deliver to all UK addresses including Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 1-2 working days.
We currently only ship within the UK. If you're interested in international delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all unopened and unused products. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Please contact us to arrange a return.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or treats. However, if you have concerns about product quality, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Products
Many of our treats are suitable for puppies, but always check the product description for age recommendations. We have a dedicated Puppy Treats category with products specifically formulated for younger dogs.
Yes! While we specialise in dog treats and food, we also stock a selection of quality cat treats. Check out our Cat Treats category for available options.
We prioritise natural, high-quality products. Most of our treats contain natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Check individual product descriptions for full ingredient lists.
Storage instructions vary by product, so please check the packaging. Generally, treats should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, seal the packet or transfer to an airtight container.
