Our Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all unopened and unused products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible, and cover any return shipping costs for faulty items.
Wrong Item Received
If you've received the wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us with your order number and details of what you received.
We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent out immediately and organise collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at hello@tailsandtreats.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a note with your order number and name.
Send It Back
Post the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products or treats
- Products with broken seals
- Items that have been used
